Fried to order
Our story
One stall,
then thirty more
Lester Li cooked at Jumbo Group for three years, then opened his first King of Fried Rice at Golden Mile Tower in 2018. Same rice, same chilli, same queue — now in kopitiams, food courts and mall basements right across the island.
Nothing sits under a heat lamp
One plate at a time
Your rice goes into the wok when you order it, one portion at a time, and the cutlet is fried to go on top of it. That is the whole trick, and it is why there is usually a queue.

What the food writers said
“This place is deserving of its name because it offers one of the best egg fried rice in Singapore.”
“Buttery and fragrant pearl rice wok-fried with nicely incorporated chunks of egg” — with a “tender and peppery pork cutlet.”
